The blue hair clip with a boat and waves is hand-painted on an enameled stainless steel base. I used an eclectic artisan technique to make it. I welded the locking to the stainless steel base at the back with a plasma arc welder to ensure the best connection. This hair clip can be personalized. You can have it in any color and pattern.
